The band was great and it was obvious that the crowd enjoyed them as the Poor Souls worked the room. The decades of performing together paid off and showed in their seamless performance. These are showmen and true entertainers. The Poor Souls are deservingly inductees to the Beach Music Hall of Fame. This very talented group has been around since the sixties and know how to work a room. Their harmony is rich and inviting. I enjoyed watching their antics as they showed their skills of clowning around and their serious moments would take you down memory lane and you did not want the night to end.
The group is amazing. The numbers they performed were all crowd pleasers. As they walked through the crowds and sang to the ladies, I could see how much it meant to the women to have these talented men sing to them, and for that moment they felt like a star. It is a joy to attend any event at the Hibernian-Hall. The Hibernian Hall is located just off Hwy 49 beside the Harrisburg Town Hall. It is only minutes from the speedway. There are a number of great features about this Hall and I couldn't begin to tell them all, but I do enjoy the variety of entertainment and they offer so much more.

I always want to start off, thanking everyone who has been watching the Show and using our Blog 
My
very good friend, the General Manager of the Hibernian Hall, Robert
MacLeod, told me about a great band he had entertaining one evening and knew
that I would be interested since I love beach music. Why, it was the
Poor Souls. 
I
felt lucky to have spent some time with each one of these very talented
performers. They are very warm
hearted and quite entertaining men. The interviews had to be cut short
due to the crowds coming in at the time. I feel that we didn't have
enough time together so I invited them to come to the show at a later date.
This show also
featured an interview with another great talent and TV Producer - Joe Rock
Edwards. He has a show "The Claywright Workshop" on Access 21. I
plan to have another interview with this charming and very talented funny
man in the coming months, so you will want to stay tuned.
